Day 5: Standard Process Cleanse and Detox Diet

Ugh! Still so tired. It’s not the cleanse. I’m just not getting enough sleep, but I manage to muster up enough energy to take an hour and a half Hatha yoga class. The hand stands gave me more energy. Yes, I know, too many bananas and not enough greens, I’m seeing a trend here. Oh, and did I mention my waist looks smaller?
