5 Stars This plan makes a lot of sense
I read this book three times before I actually went on the plan. I thought it would be hard for me, but it actually wasn’t. I followed the plan specifically and purchased the 10 herbs and ate what she suggested. Before the detox I was extremely toxic from a mild case of food poisoning at our office Christmas party. I had no energy at all. In four days I felt so much better. I had more energy, my bowel movements were just as she stated in the book. One additional benefit I noticed was that my breath was fresh.
